Jul 24, 2026 · 1:39:15

In Episode 3 of The Noor Effect, Dr. Furhan Qureshi is joined by Juju the Gentleman, Chef Mel, and Zane for a candid conversation about modern manhood, relationships, fatherhood, confidence, health, and personal transformation. The discussion explores the male loneliness epidemic, the impact of social media and dating apps on relationships, the importance of confidence and personal presentation, the challenges of fatherhood, and the responsibility men have to mentor and support the next generation. The conversation also moves into men's health, including testosterone, erectile dysfunction, lifestyle, stress, exercise, and the importance of looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. At its core, the episode asks a bigger question: What does it mean to become a better man, father, leader, and human being?
